Road Bridge have uncovered a piece of history buried in the Victorian-era bridge
Whilst preparing the bridge for demolition, the workers found a handwritten note from 1899 inside one of its pillars 📜
Many vital products are transported on the railway with freight traffic becoming increasingly more important to move supplies across the region. We have prioritised the most important freight and continue to do all we can to keep passengers and freight moving.

To celebrate the reopening of the Conwy Valley line, Network Rail & Transport for Wales Rail Services are hosting a special steam train trip this Saturday. It will run from Chester to Blaenau Ffestiniog (also stopping at Llandudno Junction). Info/timings:

🦺We will now start to remove sections of the old spans and transport off-site
🌬️Work on site is currently on pause due to high winds and rough waters
