Hey folks sorry to be a bummer, but. If you get cards that are expensive because of how insanely good they are and your game has a banlist-. Some of your cards are gonna lose value. You’d think in a game with rotation and reprints out the ass, this would be nothing if not obvious.

Every time I see people ban handtraps and board breakers for their alt formats in the name of making the game more interactive. Literally just dooms them to "coin flip will win me the game" matches where combo decks and mass negate boards reign. Handtraps are important y'all

What are some cards just BEGGING for future support?!. Cards that clearly have some intention, but no actual in deck payoffs. EX: Orcust has TWO tuners, but does not have a syncho monster to make with them, obviously there are world chalice cards, but that requires a hybrid build

Yugioh is an incredibly expensive game with hundreds of archetypes. All of them with their own strengths and weaknesses. I'm incredibly thankful to have built so many of them over the course of playing and being able to experiment with things people completely overlook 🧵.

Watching people finally activate Red Reign is so terrifying. Like, I've been using that card in Nordics for. 3 years???. It is one of the most menacing normal traps in the GAME and I'm both proud and horrified seeing it on the other side of the table for once.
