๐ My Top 10 Positions for 2025 โ Deep Dive ๐ As promised, Iโm revealing my top 10 portfolio holdings! ๐ค Iโll break down my percentage allocation, cost averages, when I bought them, and the 2025 catalysts that have me hyped for whatโs ahead. ๐ Stay tunedโthis is going to be good! #1 Position: $HIMS ๐ฐ Portfolio Allocation: 44.8% ๐ Cost Basis: $14 ๐ First Bought: Late 2024 I started tracking $HIMS when it was still a small cap and was blown away by its YoY growth, surging customer base, and expanding product lineup. I built my position early and averaged up from there. Now, 2025 is shaping up to be a breakout year for Hims & Hers. Hereโs why Iโm bullish: ๐ฅ Major Catalysts for 2025: ๐ Super Bowl Ad Debut โ $HIMS is making a bold statement with its first-ever Super Bowl commercial, highlighting its weight-loss treatments (GLP-1s) and calling out high healthcare costs. The ad, featuring Donald Gloverโs This Is America, reinforces their commitment to affordable & accessible care. ๐ Generic Weight-Loss Medications โ $HIMS is set to launch a generic version of liraglutide (GLP-1) by year-end, making effective weight-loss treatments more affordable. ๐งฌ Hyper-Personalized Wellness โ Theyโre leveraging AI, telehealth, and advanced science to create customized health plans instead of one-size-fits-all treatments. โก New Product Verticals โ Expansion into menopause care & testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), addressing hormonal health for both men & women. $HIMS continues to disrupt healthcare and could see massive upside. ๐ฅ๐
I started my investing journey in mid 2023. It has been a rewarding journey and this past year itself has been a crash course in many promising stocks, markets, and learning from the amazing #X community. Late-night research, trial & error, and absorbing wisdom from all of youโthank you! ๐ One lesson stands out: Investing early is like planting seeds for a forest youโll never see fully growโฆ but your future self will thank you. ๐ณ Will share a glimpse of my portfolio next week and do some deep dive into my top 10 positions and what catalysts I see for those companies this year

๐ข CFD Trades Update โ Locked in More Gains! ๐ข As I mentioned in my last post, I rolled over 50% of my gains from $UPST & $SMCI into a buy CFD on $APP yesterday. Got in at $375 and closed at $517โnot bad! ๐ฐ๐ I considered rolling it into $COIN, but history shows $COIN often dips post-earnings, even when they beat expectations. Could it jump 30% tomorrow? Sure. But Iโm not getting greedy. ๐ก Key Takeaways: โ
Started with $1,200 two days agoโended with $3,426 ( almost 3x )๐ธ โ
Lesson learned: Only trade CFDs if you have strong conviction in short-term price movement. (I knew $UPST & $APP would crush it but wasnโt as sure about $SMCI and $COIN). โ
Now, time to deploy some of this extra cash into undervalued stocks ๐ Anyone else riding CFD trades lately?
Yesterday, I made some solid trades with $UPST & $SMCI CFDs, locking in โฌ600 in profits at market open. Today, Iโm rolling those gains into $APP, expecting them to crush earnings & beat estimates ๐๐ฅ ๐ก Whatโs a CFD? A Contract for Difference (CFD) lets traders speculate on price movements without owning the asset. You profit from the difference between the entry & exit price. โ๏ธ CFDs vs. Options: โข No expiration dates vs. options have set expiry ๐ โข Trade price movements without owning stock ๐ฐ โข Leverage-based vs. options requiring premiums ๐ CFDs can be powerfulโbut come with risk! Always do your research before trading.

@fintechfusion No reason but a short squeeze going into earnings. Shorts panicking on guidance and uncertainty of when sema shortage would end. Maybe it wont end this year

@paulcerro I'm here for the long haul. Already up 3x my initial investment and took some profits along the way already. let's say this goes down 50% post shortage ending, I'm fine with that I'll add more at that level if the fundamentals stay intact

@paulcerro Why do you think $hims paid $16M for sharing their weight loss solutions if glp-1 was going to be a short term play. I'm sure management has something up its sleeve
