Not enough people are talking about the fact that there is a R60,000 CoD LAN in Capetown this month and spectators tickets are FREE.

South African COD has a lot of tournaments, from cups hosted every week, to bigger Online and LAN tournaments.
Most of the teams are willing to play for free and only require minimum support from orgs. About 12 teams paid for themselves to be at rAge last year 1/5 (

It's 100% true that the top players in SA COD have huge egos, and at times do put other less skilled players down.
However, if you give up because of that then you had no future in comp to start with 🤷
EU, NA, APAC wherever you go it'll be like that, mindset is key.
