Our latest paper has now been published! We explored the prognostic performance of several available scoring systems to prognosticate outcome at 180days, in patients admitted from the emergency department with suspected sepsis.

@davehartin Therefore, we have stopped aiming to deliver antibiotics to everyone within an hour of arrival and reserve that for patients with a SBP <100mmHg. For those who develop hypotension after arrival, we aim to deliver antibiotics within 30mins of dropping SBP<100.
