CEDAW recommended gender pay gap laws in 2013. Britain acted in 2017, Ireland in 2021, and updated in 2023 with the EU Directive. NI needs to follow stat! A fair pay law ensures all employers pay staff equally. More info in our Linktree! #GenderPayGap #EqualPay #WomensPlatformNI
