This week, I did my final field day/workshop as a North Dakotan. All my belongings are already moved to Colorado, but I came back for this final training. I have ALWAYS loved being able to show the innovative practices by farmers here. Thanks ND for a great run!

What’s the first piece of equipment our farm manager at the Syngenta Soil Health research farm in LaSalle, CO adjusted/upgraded when transitioning the site to #soilhealth practices? The planter. Seed placement is always going to be important.

Since my role has changed, I’m trying to figure out what would be helpful to post here. I don’t have a ton of field visits in this role, but I do think I have a broader perspective to share now. I’m mostly using LinkedIn, but I’ll think of something to keep going on X
