Great day at @SyngentaGroup #soilhealth research farm in LaSalle, CO. Talking about soil health from research to development, then commercial and outreach/support. Scaling and reaching middle adopters is thinking thru the entire process and various levels needed for success

There’s a @SyngentaGroup global, remote role open on our #soilhealth team - working directly with me on the upskilling and outreach program development and working alongside an amazing team led by @mwallenstein. I’m really excited!!!

@EricKaiser4 @SyngentaGroup Yeah, the soil is bare. We’re just getting going on a pretty degraded system, cover crops will be part of the system

What’s the first piece of equipment our farm manager at the Syngenta Soil Health research farm in LaSalle, CO adjusted/upgraded when transitioning the site to #soilhealth practices? The planter. Seed placement is always going to be important.
