Unfortunately have to agree. His perspectives are very nuanced on some subjects (his catchphrase is "it's complicated") such as trans issues and media. But when it comes to Republicans in general and Trump/Musk specifically, he's become a run-of-the-mill commentator, with very little insight beyond the standard Democrat narrative. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
