I read somewhere that backtesting few mins a day is better than backtesting 5 hrs one day a week
Spent most of my day playing games
I said I don't want a day to be wasted without doing anything
So I backtested before going to bed

Didn't like AM session yesterday. Waited to see if PM will provide.
Thankfully it did. 1 loss 1 win yesterday.
-ES took major HTF low, reversal might occur.
-NQ has clear buyside target + bearish PD arrays start getting disrespected and bullish FVGs are respected.

Took a loss before taking that win.
Was there any difference between the two entries? For me, no. Both entries were valid and this is why we should learn how to take a valid loss.
If I got emotional, I might've missed that 2nd setup that hit TP.

It's because at that time, ES was targeting a 15m swing low.
The 2nd entry won because ES swept that low, while NQ created that ifvg entry.

Bad day for me. Got my psychology fucked up.
NQ really missed my TP by 3 points 2 times.
1st trade: 0.5% loss
2nd trade: BE
3rd trade: 1% loss (slept on this one, targeted the nearest low hanging fruit as my hard tp, can't believe it still missed it)

Almost took a loss.
and PEPPERSTONE didn't sweep the 9:36 low, so I took a short.
Turns out it already has been swept on other brokers.
Luckily I was able to move SL to entry and it took me out at BE.
Didn't notice the low was already taken in MT5.
