Umbrella sales in Wales arenโt that bad tbh. ๐๐๐ But seriously. I agree with this ๐ฏ Same with props. Donโt have all your eggs in one basket โ
Itโs almost hard to explain why this is wrong without writing an essay because it is so wrong. Firstly, looking at one pair means youโre not diversified. Something changes in the macro landscape, all of a sudden that strategy is not conducive for that pair. It may last only a few weeks or months, but throughout that time youโre making no money. Trading a basket of assets that are not correlated eliminates this issue. One pair may stop making money for a few months, something else will pick up the slack. Secondly, trading one setup - same as above. A setup will go through periods where it is out of sync with the markets. If youโre exclusively trading one setup, you will hit periods where it stops working. Have at minimum 2 setups, that are not correlated, or are inversely correlated whilst both have a positive expectancy - this will dramatically reduce volatility in your equity curve. Thirdly, looking at one timeframe means you have no understanding of the broader market context and what other, market movers are digesting. You will continually get blindsided through tunnel vision. I could go on. But one of these issues is a threat to positive results, two of these compounds the threat, three compounds it even further. Tunnel vision in your instrument, setup and timeframe. No diversification. This is a recipe for a very volatile equity curve. Imagine a store that only sells umbrellas, only at 8 AM, only outside a train station. During rainy months, theyโll thrive. But in summer? Theyโre sitting praying for conditions to align to get some business. Their entire success depends on a handful of perfect conditions aligning. Thatโs not a businessโthatโs a gamble. Theyโve observed something working at a specific time of the year, and now theyโre trying to apply it to the whole year. Same with trading. No diversification in instruments, setups, or timeframes means youโre at the mercy of market conditions. Weโre here for consistency, not wild swings in performance.

@GFX_Capitalcom @j26trades This is news to me. The logo is copyrighted since 2021 Not sure who makrufi is either? Looks like some guy from Indonesia has copy and pasted a load of logos in to this site and added the word โcreativeโ to them all.
