@EvidenceProf This is Bilal, Adnan's mentor, who bought him the cell phone, Adnan's first call after getting locked, he got Adnan his original lawyer, testified @Adnan 's grand jury. You have to do yoga to stretch a way that Bilal is involved and Adnan is not. 1/2 @serial

@AsiaRChapman You are not correct. Adnan is doing this b/c the public sentiment has shifted and there is a lot of buzz about people realizing he is guilty. Today had nothing to do with prosecutorial misconduct, it had everything to do with a narcissist trying to repair his image.

@truecrimegarage Adnan is guilty. Rabia has run a brilliant misinformation thread. Adnan killed Hae, lied. Jay assisted, lied. Detectives coached Jay in his answers. Jay lying doesn't mean Adnan is innocent. There is no other suspect. There is no bombshell. There is no reasonable alternative.

"Anchor bias" is a cognitive bias that causes us to rely heavily on the first piece of information we are given about a topic. Does this apply to any out there who listened to #Serial about #adnansyed and thought he was innocent and later changed their mind?

Judge, why did you have an in-camera hearing on Brady? Suter responds b/c of on-going investigation. Judge is trouble on Brady. If this information was withheld at trial, and it would have be aired at trial, why is it required that it be private information? Wow. Wow

Jay says that after Adnan kills Hae, he picks him up, they are together and called Nisha, Adnan's friend. Phone records show that call to Nisha. Adnan's team claims that must have been Jay butt-dialing Nisha. This is a wildly ridiculous claim, unsupported.

@aydeejay11 Aspen, he is guilty. This was a huge case. Scott Peterson had a high-powered big-money attorney. Scott's lawyer didn't call any dog-walking-witnesses b/c none were reliable. You had some mistaken identities and some who probably wanted to be involved in a famous case.

Wow. Bananas. If you are listening to the #adnansyed press conference, he mentioned Asia McClain's alibi statement. Please do a word search for 'fabrication' in the appellate court review of Asia's story:

Adnan had a car in the parking lot. After asking for a ride (for after school), Adnan drove to give Jay his car&phone. Jay testified that Adnan told him he would call after he killed Hae. Adnan claims to be on campus after school, but his phone is off-campus with Jay.

@EvidenceProf Colin, do you believe the police spoke with Jay first and coordinated their contact with Jenn? And then Jenn and Jay worked together to frame Adnan? Do you believe the detectives wanted it to appear as if they spoke to Jenn first, then Jay, as a way to strengthen the case?
