The idea that Rigathi Gachagua is who will save Kenya from the gangster that is Ruto is so preposterous - that it almost does not deserve any response. Kenya needs to march forward - out of the mud that is Kenya Kwanza and the tribal politics of corruption and plunder. Kenyans ought to reject anything and anyone who has ever been involved with such politics, starting with Rigathi. Letâs March Forward.

I had no idea that when people obtain a Phd, they automatically become infallible. Cannot be questioned by anyone. Do you remember that @HonOscarSudi receiving the same from a âUniversityâ that uses a gmail account for communications? I think @WilliamsRuto had impressed upon @HonOscarSudi that his main problem is that he did not have a Phd. Says Ruto: my fren, ongeza makaratasi. Hata kama ni ya River Road. Badala ya: Ongeza maarifa.

@GideonMungaroM Let me remind the good people of Kilifi of my review of county finances. See below
As promised, I am releasing my findings of @KilifiCountyGov's rendezvous with your money in the next 24 hours. I say "your" intentionally. This analysis, while focused on @KilifiCountyGov - impacts everybody. The reason is that, while the county has a budget of KSH 14.5 billion, it can only raise a measly 2% of that annually. That means that you, your loved ones, including your unborn child, owe a gazillion shillings, courtesy of the absolute insanity happening there. There is a reason why Kenya today spends 60% of its tax revenues to service debt - just to cover interest. As you wait for this analysis, I want to give you a little nugget of just what the heck is going on in that purgatory called Kilifi. It was presided over by @HonAmasonKingi for 10 years as governor. The county has a population of 1.5 million people. TODAY, @KilifiCountyGov has a 50% poverty rate. About 750,000 people go through hell and back, just to afford two meals a day. It has a 68% literacy rate. 1/3 of the population has never seen the inside of a classroom. In our republic, this county received MORE MONEY in the last 10 years than 42 out our 47 counties. A whopping KSH 101 billion. With a b. 80% of this money came, and was managed, or, more appropriately, mismanaged by the man who calls himself "Rt. Honourable Amason Jeffah Kingi". It is a majestic title that does not mean a damn thing, when you consider the damage and absolute mayhem @HonAmasonKingi left in his wake. In my analyses, I often tell you that the object of the analysis is to answer this simple question: who is the government serving? You, or the corrupt politician? For tomorrow's analysis, I will add the question of: just how much debauchery is humanly possible, or necessary, to go through KSH 101 billion in ten years, and yet have absolutely nothing to show for it? Let me give you a taste of how @KilifiCountyGov - a county with a 50% poverty rate, spends money. I will just use travel as an example. âLeadership summitâ in Dubai, Cost: KSH 9.5 million. âInvestors meetingâ in Germany, Cost: 5.4 million. âTech Conferenceâ in Israel, Cost: 3.5 million. âWaste Management Workshopâ in Germany. Cost? KSH 3.2 million âQuality Management Workshopâ in Dubai. Cost? KSH 2.6 million. âPoverty Alleviation Workshopâ in Dubai. Cost? 2.2 million. So - incredibly, the Governer of a county with a 50% poverty rate, has to travel to Dubai to learn all about "poverty alleviation". Well done, @HonAmasonKingi and @GideonMungaroM This nonsense of wasting our money needs to stop. Stay tuned. @EricLatiff @MigunaMiguna @Mizani254 @HonAmasonKingi @KenyaGovernors @KilifiCountyGov @WanjiruGithiomi @kikaokenya254 @OkiyaOmtatah @TIKenya @OCCRP

Top "development projects" in @040County KSH 100 million on "parking" KSH 15 million putting a perimeter wall around the "Speaker of County Assembly's official residence". Apparently that is a development project. Maternity unit in a local hospital: KSH 5.8 million.

@036Bometcounty You spend KSH 473 million on chambers for politicians. By far the largest "development project" in the county. And then spend KSH 184 million on "boda boda sheds". KSH 78 million on the Governor's mansion - and you also call that a "development" project. ZERO investment in healthcare. ZERO. Meanwhile, the status of healthcare services in Bomet, are like what we see on the second picture. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. @BarchokHillary @036Bometcounty
