According to Waukesha County public court records, Joel Howard has been charged with felony repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least 3 violations of 1st or 2nd degree sexual assault), felony incest with a child, and felony exposing genitals to a child. Court Commissioner David Herring is holding him on a cash bond of… $5,000. No, I am not missing any zeros. It is $5,000. Five Thousand.

The Muskego Woman's Club + Muskego P.D. collaborated on researching, designing, + creating 2 rooms, specifically to handle stressful/traumatic interview situations. The rooms were decorated by club members w/ items donated by the club, Muskego P.D., + community contributors. 🤗
