@Antipolluters @Miss_Snuffy This doesn’t happen. But we do have to face constant criticism from the public who believe disinformation, & this feeds parents’ & kids’ anti teacher sentiments. This then becomes very demoralising. If you want more right wing teachers you need to think about how to attract them.

@Miss_Snuffy The Gove NatCurric, austerity underfunding of public services leaving schools stretched & doing the work of other agencies, pay freeze, SEND underfunding & reduced special school places, Tory contempt for teachers leading to loss of public support, etc. etc.

@adamboxer1 @edujdw Did they though? It only needed 1 member of SLT to believe in learning styles. I sat in the INSET when it was introduced at a school & the vast majority of us didn’t buy it, but were forced to go along with it or be seen as cynical & obstructive.
