Been in Michigan almost my entire life. The transphobia here is by far insane. Im in a really progressive area now thankfully but like where i grew up i was getting misgendered on purpose, getting threats, people would deadname me constantly.. Michigan has a lot of work to do

Its weird how someone living a happier life makes you so miserable that you feel agreeing with a nazi is the better solution. Especially when there is so much peer reviewed evidence that shows trans validity. Trans people arent actors, none of us are pretending to be this way.

Apparently the guy at work was super homophobic and transphobic before he met me. He didnt know i was trans until yesterday, thats almost 2 months around me and he didnt even know.. and now hes super apologetic because his entire perception is changed on trans people.
