Tayshaun Prince is 6’9 with a 7’2 wingspan, 4x NBA all defense, was on the 2008 Olympic redeem team. I seen way too many comments on this whole 2017 Warriors vs 2004 Pistons thing saying “Who’s guarding KD?” I know these people don’t know about Tayshaun but do a little research.
Since 1980, only three teams have won a championship without a past, present, or future MVP on their roster. All three teams are the Detroit Pistons three championship teams. Team ball is better than a one man show.
Report: The Philadelphia 76ers have declined God’s trade of prime Michael Jordan, 9 first round picks, a promise of eternal life, and 10 billion dollars of cash considerations for forward Ben Simmons. GM Daryl Morley reportedly scoffed at the offer and told God to “Go to hell.”
Kelly Stafford and Matthew Stafford on Kelly’s podcast on Eminem’s halftime show fit:
M: “I didn’t see it… What was the verdict on Marshall’s attire?”
K: “Oh he didn’t wear it. We were hoping he was gonna wear a Lions 9 jersey.”
First Kerryon Johnson is out for 8 weeks
Then Blake Griffin is out until November
Then the Lions trade Diggs for nothing
Detroit sports ladies and gents.
So… Cade Cunningham might not win rookie of the year. This season, for some reason, we’re making team success a factor for rookie of the year. Regardless, I think I speak for many fans and people around the league when I say Cade overall is the best player from the 2021 class.
Stafford winning was not a win for Detroit. Not even a little bit. It was a big fat L to the Lions organization that he won in his first year gone. It was however, a big W for everyone that said for a decade that he could win if he had pieces on his team. So I’ll take my W.
Tigers up 13-0 with Cade Cunningham in attendance and the Comerica Park crowd chanting his name. Detroit is going to be back on the map very soon. Get on the train while you can.

Tayshaun legit might be one of the most underrated players of all time. Talk about a guy so ahead of his time, probably could have averaged more points and been an all star if he had a bigger role, but accepted his role and played it damn near perfectly.
Pistons fans: “We always give up on players like Dinwiddie and Middleton too early.”
Also Pistons fans: “Killian Hayes is a bust. I don’t care that he’s 19. I don’t care that he got drafted a month ago. I don’t care that he had no summer league. He sucks.”
Pistons lost 60 games just to end up with the 5th pick, traded Jerami Grant for a pair of ripped up socks and cap space, and are going to draft Keegan Murray who might just end up as a worse version of Jerami Grant. We live in a society.
For Santa to deliver gifts to all world's Christians in one night requires hypersonic speeds through Earth’s lower atmosphere, vaporizing his reindeer & sleigh.
Just sayin’.
You think I care if the Lions pick 23rd or 28th or 32nd or 69th if I can see the QB I grew up with get his first playoff win? Cmon man. You do you. But I’m backing John Matthew.
I remember when the Pistons were on the same timeline as the Rockets. They had a little rivalry forming and now the Rockets are trying to trade for KD while the Pistons are gonna try to win more than 14 games next year. Good times.
The more and more my happiness from Stafford winning the Super Bowl wears off, the more and more sad I become that he could never win it in Detroit. That LA parade was nothing compared to what would happen in Detroit. I can’t even fathom what a Lions SB parade would look like.
Weird seeing Pistons fans turn on Killian Hayes when their second best point guard in franchise history, Chauncey Billups, took like 6 years before he became an all star level guy. It’s the hardest position to learn and it’s even harder with no summer league and summer time.
Brian Windhorst reports Team USA's Gregg Popovich and Jerry Colangelo went with Jerami Grant as James Harden replacement based on recommendations by Kevin Durant and Damian Lillard.
When your team is 10-53, you got a lot of nerve to be sitting where the fans are sitting like everything is peachy. I’m sure the fan had a lot more to say before the recording, but just a bad look for the GM of your team.
Pretty boy from Cali Jalen Green ain’t built for Detroit. He doesn’t know anything about Detroit. He also doesn’t know anything about Houston. He’s bitter he didn’t go number 1. But I can tell you one thing, Cade wouldn’t be talking like this. He’s too mature for this nonsense.
The fact that James Wiseman looks like he'll be on the Pistons past the deadline is crazy
Out of the rotation and the only healthy DNP last night. Feels like they should just let him find another opportunity at this point
Lions get a running game finally for Stafford, but still have a bottom tier defense with their defensive guru, rocket scientist, “I had the best defensive call in NFL history” headass, pencil on his ear, caveman head coach.
