@mcquack306 @Sonnie_Slim nah R3 came out in the last few years of PS3 life cycle. Install base wouldnt of been a factor at that point. Ppl just didnt like the game. Main character shift with a story ppl aint really cared for + worse mp played a bigger factor

Resistance 3 was the worst of the 3 both SP and MP wise. Hale's story was abruptly ended in R2 and the shift to Capelli in R3 who ppl already didnt like in R2 was a turn off for ppl. MP was the worst of the 3 as well. While I love Resistance as a franchise it's lower on my list of IPs Sony should bring back esp for MP purposes.

@2099gaming R3 also was a shift to Capelli or w/e his name is as the new main character. Nobody cared about him in R2

Where your friends play is an even more irrelevant point todays world with crossplay. This is not the ps3/360 era. Exclusives do sell consoles. Having content available only on that platform can sway ppls purchase and more ppl buyin into the platform means more multiplat sales which the platform holder gains 30% revenue from each transaction.

Thoughts on Episode Heresy Act I so far: - Story started off with a banger lets hope it keeps momentum throughout the remaining weeks into Acts II & III and leads us off into Frontiers later this summer. - The Nether activity so far is a W. Love the twist of a roguelite within Destiny and once the bugged healing sources are fixed it'll get even better. The rewards have been GREAT. Showers you with rewards - Loot chase...I'm always PRO-crafting but I gotta admit the focusing this Episode is prob best its been compared to its lowest last season. So far I've pretty much gotten my preferred roll on the AR, 3 decent rolls on the MG. The linear is trash and don't care for the Sword. Hoping to get a good GL roll. #Destiny2

I get what you're saying but most those blueberries don't stop tunnel visioning. Honestly I don't mind it like you said its a wipe mechanic than isn't pure combat or a global 30min activity timer and they can't really add more complex mechanics into this with matchmaking cuz then it'll be too hard for the majority of the ppl you get put with in random matchmaking.
