@MichaelAlbertMD @lotte_bjerre One must compare acute (mainly driven by nausea) vs chronic weight loss in rodent studies. Very likely that acute (24h) weight loss is primarily DVC mediated but contribution of arcuate is more relevant to chronic weight loss.
