@makemytripcare Your twitter customer care is a farce like everything about MMT. I have DMed and haven't received any response. I have very little hope of getting any support and getting a refund for the fake booking you had charged me for. I will at least take this to the consumer forum.

@makemytripcare Taking bookings and sending fake booking details and confirmation. No customer support and no way to get a refund. MMT used to be the most trusted online travel booking platform. When did it become a scam?
