@SuchisrabaG @makemytrip Same happened with me . Indigo canceled my return flight. Then cancellation charge of my tour was 19 k. With lots of effort MMT only give in return 6k cash and 5 k voucher still 8 k clear cut loss without reason.

@makemytripcare thank you MMT finally I got refund refund of 6k rupay and 5 k gift voucher valid for 1 year. ( total deduction 19k and 6 k refund and 5 k gift voucher) 8 k??

@aalok_kant @makemytrip @makemytripcare Same happing with me, not proper response given by make my trip customer support. Let the people know make my trip is just care about how can they charge people.not going to help in case of any problem.and they not even bother for proper customer care.

@makemytripcare because of this I have to cancel my trip. MMT was not able to give me tour on given dates due to flight cancellation by indigo. Still MMT give me worst choice either cancel tour with cancellation charge of 19000 or pay date change charge 15000. I wann 100% refund
