Why am I doing this? Well, I'm retired and my children are starting to plan their families. They have endured my stories, quotes, advice and occasional wisdom. Now it's your turn 😅 Watching them grow, it's looking like my experiment worked. Now, I want to write these things down for them to remember and perhaps my grandkids as a form of generational wealth. Why here? I don't want to be lost in an old pile of notebooks. Perhaps, my musing will help others. Perhaps others will share their experience and wisdom. I'm also hoping for constructive criticism. I agree. I think Machiavelli warned that the natural course is to move left until a catastrophe. Society snaps to miserly (conservative) to heal, which is where we are now. The weak men cause hard times transition to hard times create strong men. Now strong men will create good times. I believe in a decade or so another Conservative Party will emerge, unless society changes in some unexpected way. Interesting times indeed!
