Adverse weather (AW) over target area has many tactical advantages. AW will impede launch, recovery, flying of opposing aircraft. Radar, Laser, IR are all degraded by AW. Missiles like Sidewinder, Stinger would be degraded. It is tactically sound to attack during adverse weather.

Few errors in DRDO Chief's announcements. An Anti-Radiation Missile is not a general missile attacking any or all emitting elements. These missiles are specially programmed to attack specific radars. We must plan and speak professionally!!

Having myself executed low level Rolls many times on Sukhoi30, seems incorrect Rolling Technique at low levels. At lowlevels, first pitch up, roll with joystick neutral without backward pressure. Seems untrained crew executed this dangerous manoeuvre!
