To start with, there isn’t even an equivalence to make between hijab and crucifixes. No Muslim groups asked for the removal of crucifixes in schools or hospitals. Hijab is a personal choice. Going after women who decide to wear is attacking their liberty of religion.

Total agree with Alex Neve. We make history by judging those who commit atrocities and crimes. Now the judges will decide and LATER history
With all due respect to Rosalie Abella we cannot leave it to history to judge. When compelling evidence points to a grave risk of genocide or other international crimes is precisely the time to turn to the courts. History is haunted by failures to do so.
