Being able to be a pitching coach in the @CarShieldCL this summer gave me a pretty cool opportunity. being able to see my brother pitch in-game for the first time in ~6 years. A very cool perspective for me, along with getting to coach/train him everyday at @P3_StL.
We'll probably see this guy in the show very soon. Michael Plassmeyer, the 30th-ranked prospect in the Rays organization, tossed 10 innings for the Falcons this summer, struck out 15, didn't walk a batter, and allowed one earned run. We bet @Mitch_Plazz40 is proud of his bro 😉

Biomech Thread⤵️. Below is an college arm who threw 90-93mph. When evaluating him we saw that his kinematics & sequencing showed clean movement patterns + he recovers well. So how do we get him to make that next jump to 95+mph ? . Well let’s dive in a bit deeper.

One of the most underrated traits in life: Authenticity. You can get pretty damn far by just being someone that shows up authentically in all situations. Some may not like it in the short run, but they always respect it in the long run.

A peak into some overload/underload mound blending for @Mattmul12 today. Great way to add slope + movement drills (roll-ins & walking windups for him specifically) together in a velocity phase! . Then a few out of the delivery (5oz) to blend those “feels” back. BONUS: strikes 👍🏼

Too many guys to count who have gained interest, been recruited, or signed from using this/other platforms to “get found”. If you’re good, yes they find you, but they’ll find you much quicker/easier by using the tools at your disposal. After all, this is 2021— use your resources!.
Self promotion is sickening. Players and parents. I don’t know of one player who has received a scholarship offer from a tweet. Tagging schools and coaches is even more sickening. I am a true believer that in 2021 if you can play, they’ll find you. Period.
