@AdrianDittmann He’s brilliant, a national treasure. I think of Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams as the intellectual Godfathers of the Conservative movement. A lot of us grew up reading their works.

@sentdefender Fort Bragg is worth it, the name is legendary. He can leave the other bases as they are and probably nobody will care.

@Lynniegirl66 @RealAlexJones When you have state institutions involved in the trade, it’s a form of indirect subsidy, not a free market trade.

@PurcellGregory @rathric27_poopy @Truman1821801 @KDReeves5 @RealAlexJones Im not saying that Russia will ever be a laissez-faire, free-market society. I’m just saying that they have left the Marxist-Leninist experiment with Communism behind. I think Russia will always have an affinity for a type of strong man leadership style.

@PurcellGregory @rathric27_poopy @Truman1821801 @KDReeves5 @RealAlexJones Maintaining a financial system and providing for military needs are core state functions for any states so I don’t have a problem with that. I’m not a purist in the respect. If Russia stays on the same trajectory, I suspect that more and more industries will be privatized…

@PurcellGregory @rathric27_poopy @Truman1821801 @KDReeves5 @RealAlexJones No. I don’t think anything should be nationalized, I think they should be stripped of the protections from legal liabilities granted to big pharmaceutical, big tech, etc. by the government.

@PurcellGregory @rathric27_poopy @Truman1821801 @KDReeves5 @RealAlexJones I actually would. I don’t live in the US and I already live without all of those things because they don’t exist in most of the country.

@weissbachf @KDReeves5 @RealAlexJones I already had that discussion somewhere in this thread. lol They are indirect subsidies because of the socialism in Canada. If you believe there are no subsidies, then what Trump says shouldn't matter, would have no real effect.

@rathric27_poopy @Truman1821801 @KDReeves5 @RealAlexJones Putin was a Communist the same way that Trump was a Democrat. They both were stuck in systems that punished anyone who didn't at least put on the facade. Read a biography of Putin, he definitely didn't follow the standard Communist functionary path.

@Truman1821801 @rathric27_poopy @KDReeves5 @RealAlexJones Russia is one of the most capitalist nations on the planet now: deregulating, flat tax of 13%, strong property protections, Debt to GDP 17% (the USA is 129%), private medical system, etc. Russia is like the US was in the 1950s.

@NorbertNipkin @RealAlexJones It's sold low because Canada has little refining capacity. The US refines the oil and sends it back to Canada. Canada will be levying tariffs on its own gasoline.
