One of the reasons things like the Network State don’t appear in my book is that those are very extreme almost clownish examples of platform ideologies and I am more focused on the everyday blended in manifestations of it. These are harder to see and yet more important to critique - take for example, the idea that blockchain will fix your problems or that Elon Musk is “a genius”

There have been attempts to build this for 15 years. No dice. LLMs don't do well with form input and exception handling and the hallucinations will lead to delays. Basically, the mortgage process will reduce AI to tears.
AI agent to underwrite a mortgage or even do a partially underwritten pre-approval in less than 24 hours. B2B play, selling into existing lenders. Someone build this. Will fund.

A shortcut for detecting if something is written with AI is they all use this symbol "—" throughout the writing. It's relatively rare when a human uses it, maybe once or twice, if that. But AI chats love using it. No clue why.

Jason is a sad, dim witted, and incalculably boring clown to everyone outside his 1,000 or so core pod listeners, but I am actually kind of excited because he is so dumb he doesn't realize how obviously far he is overstepping rhetorically here, inviting a massive backlash to his child brain reason.

Sorry not to go back to this but this guy is also making a really serious error here wrt to ad strategy. ChatGPT gets billions of free impressions everyday all the time due to the organic hype. Why waste your superbowl budget doing what is already done gratis - instead, go for the meta story arch, religion building, political imagination stuff - spend the money aligning your brand with the very idea of progress itself. 101 stuff
