@thelatinotaco 93. From Dec 26th until the end of basketball season (with a long post-season). Worst part was getting home with basketball after winning post-season tournament- basketball team and staff all get to take a break and I’m straight to covering an all-day golf tournament the next day

@ncgraha Thank you for your thoughtful reply! DI MBB was literally always my dream job and I absolutely loved it when it was good. It’s so hard to step away but great to hear success stories from others!

@ericrhew Yes Eric! So many unsung heroes in college athletics! SIDs are some of the hardest working people behind the scenes of college athletics! I’ll never forget watching you work literally every second of every bus ride!

@Aaron_Jones919 Facility and event staff are amazing and literally some of the hardest working people I know! I absolutely love my coworkers on the facility/event staff and they 100% are the problem solvers of the department. College athletics has so many unsung heroes!

@HTown_ATC My coaches and my teams are amazing. The other support staff I work with are also amazing (and most of this applies to them too!). None of my grievances are their fault.

@SwagnShades @TiffisTallish @ToriLynnRollins It’s not just about comparing salaries of men and women with the same title/experience, it’s about looking at the profession as a whole and asking why this gap exists and why AT is failing women.

#ATtwitter As a female AT you experience misogyny and sexism every day but seeing it spelled out black and white in the #SalarySurvey is such a punch to the gut.

@mjcatc @ReformedAT If women are paid less because they are currently found in the profession as less experienced and in lower-paid settings that’s still a problem. It means women leave AT young (therefore we have fewer experienced women making $$) and it means high-paid settings aren’t hiring women
