In 2022, @justworks decided not to move forward with an IPO. Since then, we: 1) grew revenue by 2.5x. 2) expanded to serve 12,000 small business customers. 3) increased investment in R&D by more than 5x to help more small businesses in more ways. Not moving forward with the IPO then was a hard decision, but it was clearly a good one. While the headline is misleading, this @FortuneMagazine article does a good job talking about our growth and opportunity. We haven't raised equity capital since January 2020 and we continue to run the company in such a way as to control our destiny. We had a "good eye" back in 2022 and we have the luxury of waiting for our right pitch. Thank you @LuisaRBeltran for sharing our story. 📷

@justworks is seeing these same trends. New US businesses have fewer employees in the USA. They are staying small by doing something that used to be less common pre-pandemic – they are hiring employees & contractors overseas @RSimon18 & @poverberg

Offering family-building benefits is good for business. Almost 60% of of employees have taken, or might take, a new job because another job offered better reproductive and family benefits. @justworks @WeAreKindbody

@AngelCityFC1 levels the playing field for women in sports and business, and I’m proud to support this small business grant program through @justworks partnership with the club.

@justworks had such great energy at our 1,500 person Super All Hands this week. Highlight was our customer @cateluzio of @weareluminary_ discussing her incredible entrepreneurial journey. Getting these small businesses started is so hard, but also so meaningful & rewarding!

This aligns with what we see in @justworks data across 12,000 small businesses. People are holding tightly onto their jobs. Employees are quitting at a much lower rate than at any point other than the first few months of the pandemic.
