I am a volunteer street medic. The wounded tend to find me and I tend to happen upon them. I once decided to take a toll road (which I never do) and happened upon a gaggle of people looking over a bridge. Motorcyclist got hit and thrown 20 feet sideways and 30 feet off the bridge
