Local people went to prison. Councillors gloated over it.

Visiting Aintree Hospital Liverpool. Nurse told elderly lady to urinate in her bed. Another fed her in hurried manner. Other nurses took a patients phone and deleted photos a patient took of some security guards outside ward guarding lady.

Its the same judge who did not send to prison a man who punched a pregnant women, hit a two week old baby and also hit a French bulldog.

My mum passed away in 2019, but spent a few years in a wheelchair.
This is a common sight in Kirkby.

Pavements are for pedestrian access, not for your car.
Pavements were not designed for car parking.
Car owners need to contact the council, you own the car. Pedestrians own the pavements.
