THIS!!!! My first job was from an open casting call, it’s not common for people to have access to drama schools/contacts in the industry, that doesn’t make them any less talented or any less deserving of a role, everyone deserves their shot.
sick of people moaning about open casting calls as if they are taking opportunities away from them specifically. there is always only one actor for the role and i hate to break it to you rupert from cheltenham but i’m not sure des hamilton’s latest top boy call out is for you.

I joined the gang like a week late. I first met everyone outside the hotel we were all staying in. I screamed. A LOT. Then we went to the near by park for a very wholesome game of cards. I fell in love with everyone right then and there. 💓.
