Great words and we still see blame on the side line by coaches and parents going on..... we all need to be role models with this message and mindset 👍
Don’t blame the goalkeeper for a goal scored, don’t blame the striker for not scoring a goal. The result of the game is down to the work of the whole team, not an individual. Win together, draw together, lose together.

Last day of the academy camp and been joined by so many previous campers over the 12 years. Just shows a long term development plan pays off, keeping the fundamentals of goalkeeping mixed with the Morden trends works .Plus had work from the brilliant campers.

This was such a massive part of my coaching career The Art of Saving Goalkeeper School meant everything to me and my family so many friends and wonderful times and great memories The School run for over 20 years and we had over 2000 Gks attending over that time which is amazing
