@TPAIN Fuck diets. It's all about moderation. It's not about altering your diet for a few months, and then getting back on your normal food diet. Moderate your normal food so you don't hate eating healthier. 30-60 active minutes a day. Don't over complicate it.

Unpopular truth. Not everyone is going to be a successful streamer. The odds are against you. Every kid grew up wanting to be a professional athlete, musician, an astronaut, etc. But a majority of people didn't become those things. At the end of the day, just have fun steaming.

People ask me why I don't curse or try not to curse on my streams and its really simple. I've had parents reach out to me and tell me they watch the stream with their sons and daughters and that it's nice not having to worry about my vocabulary. That means something to me.
