I agree with you there is no difference btw white & orange vit. C. However, the reason white is advised is because when vitamin C oxidises it changes color to orange/brownish color. Distinguishing oxidised vitamin c from flavored vitamin c becomes a challenge for the common man
It's sufferhead mentality that makes Nigerians believe that White Vitamin C is better than the orange one because it "slaps"

@olawalesmd White vitamin C is prefered to the orange one because when vitamin C oxidizes it changes color to orange meaning its no longer effective....how certain are we that the orange one on the counter hasn't already oxidized ..the reason white vitamin C is prefered not just in Nigeria
