Thank you so much for this! The concept of thromboprophylaxis after Andexanet boggles my mind! It’s sort of akin to ordering platelets in thrombocytopenia (to reach 50 K/μL) so that heparin can be administered 🤷♂️ Conceptually, it’s not a good sign if a reversal agent goes so far to cause thrombosis in the first place, necessitating (re-reversal).
