An emerging trend that only actions on the fringe and beyond are what makes a difference. A democracy where voiced ideas and reasoned arguments are suppressed is not viable, and libertarians will react with violence.

🚨 BREAKING: Luigi Mangione is heading to his extradition hearing and yells: “This is completely unjust and an insult to the intelligence of the American people. This is lived experience.”

@YuDai_Tsai Hmmm. I can’t interpret legalese, which is why I asked the question. I received a similar letter but didn’t know what it meant, and moreover, wouldn’t make sense for me to get it since I don’t have a grant.

@GiggaMAGA Again, you’re taking leaps from my statement. I don’t know enough about the origins of HIV to have any bearing on that conclusion that you’ve derived, unfortunately from what I have stated.

@GiggaMAGA To heal, one has to know how to heal. What steps in viral entry and replication to block without harming the tissue the virus in using for its replication and release. That’s the purpose of research in medicine. Fauci made great contributions to that understanding for HIV.

The very act of passage of a replicative virus through human cells is not intrinsically right or wrong. It’s the very basis of studying viruses. Even the coercion of viral adaptation to a tissue culture through complementary nucleic acid sequences is not intrinsically right or wrong.

@GiggaMAGA @mbeisen @NIH An opinion that I cannot share until proven beyond doubt re original intentions. Fauci, at one time, was a personal hero for his stewardship on HIV/AIDS.

@GiggaMAGA @mbeisen @NIH GoF was simply an act of commission that given consequences, could not be ignored or buried. Probe the acts of omission (burying alternative approaches to diagnosis and treatment of cancers for 2 decades) through colluded censorship to get at the bulk of the iceberg.

@UCLAchancellor @UCLA Are you also being asked to live in a roach and rat infested apartment for a year and a half so that you can make a down payment on a more permanent home?

@CMichaelGibson Depends on how institutional space, time and salaries are handed out. This is an effort to break up the Greek Frat Culture that has taken over our academic labs.

Ucla has the best Dean of the School of Medicine in the whole world. He was destined for the position by manifest destiny, and given his scholarly credentials by usurping those of naturalized immigrant scholars, like me. Upon reaching the upper levels, he was free to float us into the Pacific/ but some survived.

The only ones hurt were/are the conscientious researchers. The publishing game had turned into a fraternity in which the college administrators and publishers ruled, whereas the immigrants and the nerds were the targets of the grift.

Wonder if universities regret the 25 years they’ve spent undermining efforts to save them billions of dollars every year in publishing costs?

I am one cheering the destruction. It took me decades to build a career and to fulfill ambition. And the NIH deep state executives robbed me of not only fulfilling my mission for which I was recruited, but then turned over my ideas and advancements to the perpetrators!!

Disappointed in some scientists who are cheering on the destruction of the US scientific enterprise right now to promote their own agenda…ignoring the pain and destruction of careers/dreams, that took decades to build.
