@winfriedveil Oh 😮 Dann nehme ich meine Kritik zurück, entschuldige bitte. Der EGMR hatte da eine deutlich zurückhaltendere Haltung. Zumindest nach provisorischer Durchsicht des Urteils, halte ich die Entscheidung für überzogen.

@winfriedveil @RA_Conrad This invention poses no data protection issue: the situation corresponds to a passer by situation if the data is just screened in the vehicle and not stored. I wouldn't hire you as a data protection lawyer, that could become unnecessarily expensive with your legal views 😝
