@GarrettSprints Your crash out is just genuinely sad at this point. Josh won. Accept it. Go touch grass. Maybe call your therapist if you can’t get past this.

@NFLonCBS Does it really matter? The votes have been cast. Allen is the MVP. #RavensFlock can cry all they want. Won’t change facts 🤷‍♂️

@BleacherReport BREAKING NEWS: NFL player thinks his teammate should’ve won an award that a guy who is not his teammate won. Shocking stuff.

@BigGlayzer00 @koestreicher34 @TheoAshNFL Just like it’s been explained numerous times how and why Josh won this year, including by numerous AP voters themselves. And yet…here we are.

@LamarsThatGuy People who use team record in these discussions immediately show their ignorance. Allen’s career playoff passer rating is 101.7, with 25 TDs and 4 INTs Lamar’s career playoff passer rating is 84.7, with 10 TDs and 7 INTs Allen is also 2-0 vs Lamar in playoffs. Sit TF down 🙄

@Jasoncu57900490 @EmmanuelAcho Not a brand new interpretation at all. Using the concept of VALUE to determine most VALUABLE player is really not that radical a concept. It’s the same way Lamar won it last year. He was certainly not the most statistically outstanding player.

@RGIII The inability of so many to understand that “most valuable” and “most outstanding” are not the same thing is WILD. There is no rule — absolutely none — that states that 1st team AP and MVP have to be the same player. Y’all made it up. Voters got it right 🤷‍♂️

@GarrettSprints @K_Costa41 Your inability to just congratulate a great player on a great season and move on with your life is sad. It’s okay for players other than your favorite QB to receive accolades and praise. Really, it is. It won’t kill you. Take a deep breath. It’s gonna be ok.

@K_Costa41 The absolutely INSANE level of hypocrisy and lack of self awareness it takes to spout this trash when you had no problem with Lamar winning it last year. Whatever it takes to make you feel better, I guess. Voters got it right. Josh is MVP whether you cry about it or not 🤷‍♂️

@QB1KJ @NickLogue1 @____sani______ @koestreicher34 @TheoAshNFL He had zero 1,000 yard receivers. His leading touchdown catcher was journeyman Mack Hollins. If your contention is "his supporting cast should get the credit, and Allen is just a short yardage touchdown vulture", well...you should try watching the games.

@DeversEnjoyer Lowest negative play % in NFL history while also scoring 40 TDs (for the fifth straight season) and leading a team most picked to lose their division to the AFC's 2-seed and setting a whole host of records along the way. But sure. "Worst MVP in NFL history".

@FSUSports407 @TheThomasDeLaus @BuffaloBills Lamar was not, in fact, MVP. The Bills were not, in fact, one and done in the playoffs. Enjoy your offseason!

@____sani______ @koestreicher34 @TheoAshNFL I'm not sure when Ravens fans became the primary arbiters of what criteria matters for MVP voting. Lamar's level of play against good competition in '23? "matters!" Allen having the lowest % of negative plays since 1970 while also scoring 40 TDs in '24? "Doesn't matter!" K.

@arsnl_con @outstndnbrandon @GetUpESPN @danorlovsky7 I just told you that Allen had the purest, cleanest QB season since the merger, with the lowest % of negative plays EVER while also scoring 40 TDs. The voters voted. Josh won. They're capable of understanding and processing nuance. You apparently aren't. Have a nice weekend!

@Fantasy_Giant @GarrettSprints I'm not gonna get into this argument with you because, frankly, I don't need to. The votes are in. The voters proved themselves capable of understanding and processing nuance (which most on this app are unable to do). Josh Allen won. End of story. Enjoy your offseason.

@davemeltzerWON I would understand Cody winning, but... Ospreay has been on another level this year. The matches he's had with Fletcher, Takeshita, Okada, and multiple others, the amount of 5 star matches he's had, and the fact that its his 1st full time year in America. For me,it's Ospreay.

@Fantasy_Giant @GarrettSprints Look: there's nuance that goes into the MVP discussion. Context like "surrounding talent" and, ya know, the VALUE that the player brings to the team (and league). MVP isn't called "most outstanding player" for a reason. It's not just a stats award.
