@bctallis The problem is Trump does not care about any treaties. Last week he reneged on USMCA which he personally negotiated in 2018. So Your assessment that "art 5 will continue to apply if 🇪🇺 step up on defense" has no firm ground. I would very much like to be mistaken but... 🤷♂️
