Jumped into a Black Cab outside Leicester Sq last night. The ride to St Pancras was a few quid more than Uber were quoting, but I'm very glad I made that choice. The driver was just a year into the job and was polite, charming and friendly. I wish him well.

He was lovely to me when I had an interview with Johnny Beerling at Radio One and always had kind words about my shows.
The guy worked so hard on making great radio and was also a fan of radio in general.

So a bus driver did his best to knock me from my bike at around 8:15pm. I was approaching Oxford St from Gt Portland St. I caught up with him and gave him a mouthful, idiot! 🤬
Also, big thanks to the Cabbie who stopped to agree with me and make sure I was ok 👍🏼

speed limits are changing constantly. 30mph stretches are dropping to 20 then almost immediately back to 30 and many of us are getting flashed going through cameras that were 30, just a few days ago. It does get confusing, guess that’s the plan

People renovating a house, close to where I live, noticed, while laying a new driveway, that the path and driveway of an elderly lady next door, was broken and bumpy. The people decided to completely re-lay it for her, for free.
