What's going on in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone from an ecological and biodiversity perspective is absolutely fascinating, while also being a continually evolving and changing situation.
“Wolf numbers are seven times higher, likely due to much lower hunting pressure in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone."
With the entire zone still largely closed off to humans, the region has unexpectedly become a safe space for wildlife to thrive.

When I took my (big-ish) dog with me, I had nothing bar the occasional respectful comment about how cute my dog is.

Patricia’s skill is incredibly respected by her peers. Radishes are a great addition to our salad. They take 3-4 weeks from seed to harvest, longer in cooler temperatures. Hand harvested radishes are a labor intensive crop as Patricia demonstrates here.

This is my favourite story. I come from a competitive pinch/punch family, but this is another level.

I was in Stroud and the surrounding area last week. Despite being a Tory constituency, with all the hallmarks of being a Tory stronghold (wealthy, rural etc.) - I saw no Conservative posters, a smattering of Labour, and just hundreds of Green posters everywhere.
More very good results for the Greens, this time in Stroud- 5 gains from Tories and Labour. A real 3 party council now.
