@RyanNoKneel Yeah I agree they are expensive for a half decent one. I do use mine quite a lot though. It’s the cleaning of them that gets me down the most. I’m trying to build up and get fit because the SHTF very soon Ryan.

@RyanNoKneel I juice them raw with beetroot. Delicious. Or roasted or mashed like potatoes. Under used I reckon.

🏡 Another 1.7 kg of home cured bacon. Sea salt, brown sugar, black pepper and shredded bay leaf. Vacuum packed and destined for the fridge. Should be ready in 5 -7 days. 🥓 The bay was given to me by the lovely @robinne007

@LauraHa35555477 I finely chopped some homemade streaky bacon and added that too for a bit of texture. Bacon is very easy to make as well.
