A backward decision by @BordnaMona that Government must have known was coming,
Extremely disappointed with @BordnaMona - they’re selling off the one state owned waste collection company in this country. This is on Government’s watch. Instead of trying to fix the failures of bin collection, they’ve sat on their hands and let this happen.
