1. If elections are used, then voting is required. (If P, then Q)
2. Voting is not required anymore. (Not Q)

When the cameras were off last year, Judge Glanville threatened to jail yet another YSL attorney - Max Schardt - unless he admitted to cursing at the Judge.
Glanville lied and said he had it on video, but it never happened…
