Creamy Buffalo Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Ingredients: 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini) 1 lb chicken breast, diced 2 tosp olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup buffalo sauce 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste Chopped parsley for garnish Directions: Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in buffalo sauce, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Mix in the cooked pasta until evenly coated with the sauce. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
