@SherOnHealth @ProfYolonda @BernieSanders To be fare, many of the problems in Ontario can be attributed to a provincial funding / investment plan in the healthcare system that is not keeping pace with the population growth of the province. Regardless I’m not aware of anyone that has gone bankrupt getting care in Canada

@fordnation blaming the bike lanes again, when there were 750,000 people in town for the Santa Clause parade. Btw, the @utahhockeyclub stayed on Bay St and there are no bike lanes on Bay. Curious if the @NHL or @NHLPA want to be associated with the removal of bike lanes?
When Toronto traffic is so bad that NHL teams have to walk to their games, we’ve got a serious problem. That’s why it’s so important that we deliver on our plan to fight gridlock by bringing sanity back to bike lane decisions, building highways and public transit, and speeding up construction on the Gardiner.

@fordnation Dougie - you do realize the team was staying at the St Regis? Thats at Bay/ Adelaide. Last I checked there are no bike lanes on Bay St?! I’m sure the Sunday congestion has nothing to do with the Santa Claus Parade? Btw, how is the tunnel under the 401 coming?

@brianlilley Your video shows very little automobile traffic yet you’re saying the bikes lanes must go…. I suspect this was not during rush hour when you would see many commuters on bikes either coming or going from work. Real stats show ridership has grown every year with these lanes.

While not in the headline, outstanding performance by Noah Ramsay with a 5th in the u23 XCC race at MSA. He finished as top Canadian, and a personal best in a worldcup XCC race. Front row start for Sunday’s xco!

@torontolife BS article. Curious did you do any research on how many ppl have been injured by collisions with cyclists (vs motor vehicles) in and around the park? When you finally do some research look at the same data point involving motorized vehicles.

Noah’s win!!! “The last race of the day was something I’ve never seen out there before,” said Dwyer. “He (Ramsay) went off on his own a couple laps in. It’s almost impossible to do what he did, but he did it. He went solo the whole race, and averaged 45 kilometres per hour.”
