@AnastasiLucy They were presented upside down and we were invited to guess what they were. The Greek inscription was a bit of a giveaway - but not for most people.

I just want to add - the real issue we are dealing with here is where ITT is poor, either in academia or in schools. Where academia uses outdated theory that has no evidence base, and where schools do not have good practice and don't fully support trainees. Both failures.
