5 years ago today my 33 year career in financial services came to an abrupt end due to a restructure. I was 51, felt unwanted and devastated at the time. But decided to treat it as early retirement and it has been the most phenomenal 5 years with special memories made. 😘♥️

3 years ago when I started to workout, I was unfit, 16 stone and in size XL gym wear. Today I’m fitter, happier and down to just under 13 stone and now in size M gym wear for the first time. Hard work and the support of family and friends pays off 💪🏻👊🏻❤️
