At counter 15, I met a middle aged , light skin woman with short hair. She asked me to sit and immediately told her I wanted to apply for a birth certificate. She asked me to provide the birth notification which I did. In less than 5 seconds, she looked at it and said >>>

I asked the pretty lady at customer service for a ticket but she asked me to proceed without one. At counter 13 was a long queue waiting also without tickets. When I looked around , I noticed an idle counter with an officer, so I decided to go enquire. It was counter 15..>>>>

She directed me to counter 13 with a very soft voice and with a welcoming eye. I forgot to take her number as I walked out because of how I was frustrated. The hall was already 1/3 full with people waiting to be served on the different counters.>>>>

I was met with a very wide smile from a gorgeous lady at the Customer care desk dressed in a red and white blouse, she greeted me and asked how she could assist me. I responded, she then asked for my Id and contacts which I gave .>>>
So buana today is the 4th day I committed to Kilifi and because I needed to apply for a birth certificate. It was ideal for me to just walk into the Kilifi Huduma Centre and make my application. I walked in at around 9 am , very energetic, and very positive about the day..>>>

@GideonMungaroM You need good minds in such forums. By that I intentionally mean the youthful brilliant minds in Kilifi. They have the solutions you need. Involve us as much as you can. You can't solve the challenges with same minds you used to create them.
