its IMPOSSIBLE to break the laws of thermodynamics. in a calorie deficit you ARE losing weight. if youve had sodium, are dehydrated/overhydrated, havent had a bm, are stressed, recovering from workouts, etc you might RETAIN WATER, but thats not fat gain.

My mum let me smoke, take edibles, etc underage.
It's probably the only reason I said no when my friends wanted to give me shit off the street. I trusted my mom more. I only smoked with her (maybe once every 3 months) because I trusted her.

Honestly it could be early stage recovery for someone with severe AN or Arfid. Just having larger portions than normal, eating several times a day instead of just once, or even eating the same as deep in ED but going to therapy or eating infront of people.. dont police ppls recov

From what I've seen online, people with ednos tend to be chronic vs people with anorexia or bulimia or BED who actually can recover when they try. Ednos people struggle to get better even if they really want it, so it turns into a chronic illness.

Dysphoria is different than Dysmorphia. Dysphoria is an innate feeling of unwellness with your agab body and a desire to change it in some way. Dysmorphia is when you do not know what you look like due to your brain changing your perception.
