This is a lovely 15 mins watch from @togethxr and @ArsenalWFC - particularly like Leah Williamson's take on 11.40 about the need to invest at the bottom of the pyramid to support the top. Not a takeaway you usually hear from someone in her position 👏

I've spoken to more people now & it seems like nobody actually knows the process for a decision. Does it go to a vote? Do clubs get to vote? Just the WNL board? Is it a simple majority? A threshold? This is a major decision to make without a clear governance process. Anyone know?
B Teams in the women's pyramid? What do we think? Listen in to @mattycutler and I chew it over but we'd love to hear what you think. What have I got wrong? What am I missing? I'd also LOVE @NoToBTeams to listen in and get their thoughts too.
